Most people juggle a lender and an agent who never talk to each other. At Olson Home Group — formerly Kristi Olson Loans — we handle both. Kristi is an independent mortgage broker through Barrett Financial Group and a licensed Realtor — and the team behind her makes sure every detail gets handled, from loan processing to the closing table.

Over 15+ years we've closed more than 1,000 mortgages. And because we shop 100+ wholesale lenders instead of selling one bank's shelf, we bring you the loan that actually fits — not just the one product a bank had to offer.

Olson Home Group was built around two things we believe in. First, straight numbers. We'll tell you honestly whether a loan makes sense, whether now is the right time, and what the real costs are — even when the honest answer is "wait" or "not yet." Second, no pressure. Buying or refinancing a home is a big decision, and you should never feel pushed into it. Our job is to give you the options and our genuine recommendation, then let you decide.
