If you begin a mortgage application, additional financial information is collected through our secure application partner as part of the lending process.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and process mortgage and real estate requests, connect you with a licensed loan officer where appropriate, and communicate with you about your file and our services.
We do not sell your personal information. To provide mortgage and real estate services, we may share information with parties necessary to complete your request — for example, Barrett Financial Group, wholesale lenders, and service providers involved in processing your loan or transaction — under confidentiality obligations.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages from Olson Home Group by providing your mobile number on a form on this website, on a loan application, when you text us first, or by telling us directly during a call or meeting. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, loan application, or service.
What we send. Messages relate to your loan file, real estate transaction, or property-management matter — for example status updates, requests for documents or conditions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies with the activity on your file; you may receive several messages in a busy week and none in a quiet one.
Mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold. Your mobile number, and your consent to receive text messages from us, will not be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Where a number must be shared with a service provider strictly to deliver our own messages to you, that provider may use it only for that purpose.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 602.737.1045. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or phone contact about an active file, and does not affect your loan or transaction.
